I qualified to become a Reflexologist in 1996 and have been carrying out treatments ever since.  In addition, I have trained in ART (Advanced Reflexology Training), Vertical, Precision, Maternity and Reproflexology™ (Fertility Reflexology).  I have been a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) since I qualified.
Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.  Reflexology may be effective for:
  • Back Pain
  • Breathing Disorders
  • Digestive Problems
  • Fertility issues
  • Hormonal Imbalances
  • Joint Pain
  • Mental Health Issues
  • Migraines
  • Pregnancy
  • Sleep disorders
  • Sports Injuries
  • Stress and Anxiety
After having completed a course of reflexology for specific conditions, many people may find it beneficial to maintain treatments for health and well-being.
Whilst many people use Reflexology as a way of relaxing, doctors, consultants and other health care professionals recognise Reflexology as a well established, respected and effective therapy.
In addition to Reflexology for general health and relaxation, I am now able to offer Reproreflexology™  This is an exciting new branch of Reflexology aimed at assisting women with fertility issues. With access to specialist medical treatment becoming more difficult and expensive, this complementary therapy provides cost-effective help and support to enhance fertility. Read More
